The frequency depends on how intensively the furniture is used. On average, cleaning is recommended every 12-24 months. If you have small children, pets, allergy sufferers or smokers at home – it is better to clean every 6-12 months. With very high usage (large families, public spaces) – every 6-9 months.
The duration depends on the size of the furniture and the level of contamination. On average, cleaning a standard straight sofa takes 1-3 hours.
Drying time depends on the type of fabric and room conditions. A fabric sofa usually dries within 6-8 hours, a mattress within 4-6 hours, a chair or armchair within 2-4 hours. With good ventilation (open windows, airflow), the process is faster. In cold seasons or with poor ventilation, drying may take up to 12-18 hours.
